👨‍💼🍞👨‍🌾 On March 10th, 1968, César Chavez broke his 23-day fast. Inspired by Gandhi, César was on a hunger strike to protest against the violence done to the members of his farm workers union ✊🧘‍♂️. Bobby Kennedy joined César to share bread, thus endorsing the farm workers 🤝. This meaningful event is pictured by Judy Baca in a meaningful place: the library of the Robert F. Kennedy Schools.
